Policy - Derby Bicycle Racing Team

Formed by Derby Bicycle Center in Thornton Colorado for the 2008 Bicycle Season. The newly formed team will be attending several events and races.

The Derby Bicycle Center and Derby Bicycle Racing Team does not sell, rent or lease any collected information from events, sales, team sales or inquiries for any other reason besides the event, newsletter or purchase of any product.

All information may be used for promotions such as events, special sales, newsletter information or any item pertinent to the bicycle shop or racing team.

DBC is not responsible for any problem at events or subsequent complaints against any person on the race team. While DBC does sponsor the team, DBC cannot be responsible for any team riders personal actions at any time.

DBC will discuss any issues if there are problems and will take the appropriate action within the team as a private matter.
