I ride for the love of the wind in my hair. Riding is the best break away from work, stress, and anything complicated. I ride to stay fit and keep an active lifestyle.

My goals for the season are:
1. Stay consistent in my training
2. Compete in 3 different cycling races, 3 different running races,
    and 3 different triathlons
3. Place top 10 in every triathlon I compete in
4. Maintain a solid work, family, fitness balance in my life.

I will be competing in the following cycling races:
1. Haystack TT
2. State TT
3. Lookout Mtn hill climb
